- Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
- Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, customer success teams, and external client teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding and ultimately that client expectations are met.
- Product Support: Report key learnings around the sales process, customer needs and potential product development opportunities to the sales and product teams.
Following best practice sales process and practices and continuously improving - 42Chat Sales Process: Be an expert on the 42Chat Sales Playbook and deal stages.
- SalesGravy (SG) Methodology: Be a disciple of the SG methodology to building a robust pipeline that includes daily cold calling, objection handling, deep discovery, and a commanding sales presence.
- Continuous Learning: Attend & participate in SG & internal training sessions to stay updated with product knowledge, processes, and enhance your selling techniques.
- Sales Team Coaching and Development: Actively reach out to other sales team members to get and give coaching to improve individually and as a team.
Building a robust pipe (“Pipe is Life!”) - Prospecting to Assigned Accounts & Verticals: Identify key contacts points and a prospect to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email, networking, conferences/trade shows, and referrals. Daily expectation of 50 calls/day.
- List Creation & Sequencing: Create, add to & execute on existing and self-made sequences to generate top-of-funnel leads and to respond to inbound company generated leads.
- Pipeline Management: Using HubSpot, maintain an organized and accurate pipeline of leads, prospects, and deals to create and forecast sales.
Close deals - Solution Presentation: Create and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value and benefits of our offerings to align with the client's specific needs.
- Negotiation: Collaborate with clients to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts that are mutually beneficial and drive you and the business forward.
- Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently striving to achieve or exceed OTE (On-Target Earnings).
